Stupid or just delusional...

Let's repeat this for you again. The case was dismissed because the judge felt and it's stated in the court documents that you're so delusional NO SANE PERSON would believe you. Therefore the judge didn't make a decision because no harm could be done seeing that no sane person could believe someone as delusional as you. It was not a 'stunning' victory. You should be embarrassed as hell because you were told for all the world to see that you're delusional...not my word now, the judges. He also stated that you're too stupid to understand business and TV3 in general.

Okay I'll be blunt. Don't you realize yet you didn't win anything? The case was dismissed based on the fact that, and this is paraphrased from the judge, that you're so delusional, no one in their right mind would take anything your saying seriously. He felt you were so delusional it wasn't really fair to award in Dawn's favor because no one in their right minds would take anything you say seriously. Do I need to explain that to you in another language perhaps??? And two more things, when you post links and videos make sure they go somewhere.

Please be advised that Joe's post dated today titled "The Victory Against TV3" is another lie. There was actually no decision in the court case which was actually not against TV3. The court case had to do with Dawn Natalia and Joe Viglione. The judge involved did not make a ruling in the case but said the following: In contrast, the publications by Mr. Viglione demonstrate virtually *no*working knowledge of how businesses work, a * rudimentary at best* understanding of how Channel 3 works and subjective self aggrandizing statement of his own level of abilities.
