Please be advised that Joe's post dated today titled "The Victory Against TV3" is another lie. There was actually no decision in the court case which was actually not against TV3. The court case had to do with Dawn Natalia and Joe Viglione. The judge involved did not make a ruling in the case but said the following: In contrast, the publications by Mr. Viglione demonstrate virtually *no*working knowledge of how businesses work, a * rudimentary at best* understanding of how Channel 3 works and subjective self aggrandizing statement of his own level of abilities.
